Spa and Massage Services<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/h1><\/div>

1.Reservations and arrivals<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

    All sessions must be booked in advance.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • It is recommended to arrive 10\u201315 minutes before your appointment to prepare for the treatment.<\/li>\n
  • Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time so as not to affect other clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    2. Cancellations and No-Shows<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

    • To avoid charges, cancellations must be made 24\u201348 hours before the appointment.<\/li>\n
    • Late cancellations or no-shows without notice may incur a full or partial charge for the service.\n

      3. Health Consultation<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

      • The spa is a space for relaxation: please maintain a moderate tone of voice.<\/li>\n
      • Mobile phones must remain switched off or on silent.<\/li>\n
      • Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate suspension of the service without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

        4. Spa Conduct and Rules<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

        Before any treatment, the client must inform us of:<\/p>\n

        • Medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.<\/li>\n
        • Pregnancy.<\/li>\n
        • Any medication they are currently taking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          This information is used solely to adapt the treatment and ensure the client\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n<\/div>

          5. Massage Services<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

          • The massages are intended for relaxation, wellness, and tension relief.<\/li>\n
          • Therapists do not make medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments.<\/li>\n
          • Clients may undress only to the level they feel comfortable with; privacy will always be respected.

            • A strict cleaning protocol is maintained for equipment and massage tables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

              7. Minimum Age<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

              • Treatments are available for adults.<\/li>\n
              • Minors will require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                8. Privacy and Data Protection

                • The client\u2019s personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.<\/li>\n
                • Data is used exclusively for appointment management, customer service, and communications authorized by the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                  9. Payments<\/em><\/h2><\/div>

                  • Payment must ALWAYS be made before the service.<\/li>\n
                  • This applies to all treatments, packages, promotions, and bookings.<\/li>\n
                  • No refunds are issued except in cases covered by the spa\u2019s internal policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                    10. Liability and Personal Belongings

                    • The spa is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged within the premises.<\/li>\n
                    • The client is responsible for informing us of any relevant medical condition prior to the treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

                      Acceptance of the Policies<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>
